Once a potential client submits their case to the system, attorneys receive an email notification within seconds, informing them of a potential client in their area of law. Attorneys can review the case in real time from their mobile devices and decide if it's something they want to pursue. If they choose to take the case, they can respond quickly and directly to the potential client. Successful LegalMatch member lawyers often respond to clients within an hour of the case being posted. The client is notified by email, phone, and/or text that the attorney has responded. If the potential client decides that the attorney is right for them, they will contact the attorney directly at their listed email or office phone number to set up an initial consultation.
