LeapScores is gymnastics meet management software for meet directors and clubs hosting competitions. It combines online club registration, card and bank-transfer payments, automatic invoicing, roster management, scoring, live results, awards, team scoring, and meet financials. For sanctioned meets, it syncs registration and roster updates with USA Gymnastics and checks gymnast, coach, and judge memberships. Judges can open scoring from a QR code, while organizers manage rotations from a phone and share updates with coaches' electronic rotation sheets and judge tablets. The Windows LeapScores Offline app runs a meet over a local network when internet is unreliable and syncs data when connectivity returns; Android judge and director apps are also available. Upcoming meet listings and live and past results are published online.

A one-session meet for up to 50 gymnasts is free, limited to one meet per month and four per year. Paid meets start at $75 per meet for one session with unlimited gymnasts. Pricing is per meet by session count, with no subscription. Registration processing fees are 1% to LeapScores plus Stripe fees: 2.9% + $0.30 for card payments or 0.8% for ACH, capped at $5. Organizers choose whether they or participating clubs pay the fees.
