    "Unreliable "

    Pros: The price $19.99 was the price and if you referral some one you can get it done free. That's all.

    Cons: LawnStarter is not a reliable company at all.
    This is my third experience with them, and it's been consistently disappointing. They set up appointment dates, only to cancel them two or three times before actually sending someone out. Their scheduling is completely unreliable.

    At one point, they sent two men who appeared to be intoxicated—they did absolutely no work and just sat in their car pretending. Thankfully, I have a Ring camera and was able to send video proof. Only then did they send someone else, but even he did a poor job.

    Overall: What’s worse is they prompted me to send out referral links right after signing up, which I did without realizing how untrustworthy their service was. Now, I regret recommending them to anyone.

    "LawnStarter taking to much"

    Pros: Does generate new customers and does billing. May be good if not financially adept. Not much more to say.

    Cons: Claims to increase business by 30 percent but they take 28 percent of what the customer pays. No clear financial outline of extra work. Sad support. Charging too much.

    Overall: Difficult and unfair. No real support and they have no idea what we are actually doing. Phone support farmed out to people who have never mowed.
