    "Support Staff Be Careful"

    Pros: Some of the support staff members respond quickly, they are highly competent and they are very helpful

    Cons: Be very careful. Other members of the support staff are inattentive and unprofessional. They will go behind your back to complain about you to your boss. The site does not claim to be compliant to the Department of Justice Americans with Disabilities website guidance or the ADA best practices guidelines. The applicability of the ADA to the site is an open issue but the providers should make their site compliant.

    Overall: It's a good product but be careful when dealing with the support staff. There is no evidence that the owners of the product are committed to accommodating users with special needs.
