About LabelEstimate

LabelEstimate is a free online cost estimator for label printers and converters. Enter label dimensions, labels across, repeat, and material price per m², then build the job as ordered machine passes for flexo, digital inkjet, or toner printing. Add ink coverage and processes such as priming, hot or cold foil, screen printing, varnishing, lamination, embossing, die-cutting, and slitting. Set each pass’s speed, setup time, setup waste, and spoilage; losses carry through the route to account for material and press time. Add one-time plate, die, and prepress costs, along with packing, shipping, overhead, markup, and a minimum price. Compare five quantities in a price table showing price per 1,000 labels and a cost breakdown. Export branded PDF quotes in 33 languages. The interface supports nine languages, millimeters or inches, and any currency. Estimate as a guest or create a free account to save estimates, materials, presses, customers, and notes.
