Pros: When we were trying to pick the perfect tax software for managing our VAT, what really made Lovat stand out was their amazing support throughout the entire onboarding and account setup process. One of the coolest features they offer is the chance to chat live with a tax expert before you even buy the software. This was super helpful because we weren't sure if we needed VAT reporting or how to go about it. The Lovat manager was incredibly friendly and explained how their platform works, while also helping us choose the best pricing plan for our needs. Later on, a tax expert from Lovat patiently answered all our complicated questions. It's safe to say we felt really supported and confident in our decision to go with Lovat.

Cons: After a certain period of time, the VAT numbers of my Business-Buyers get automatically archived, making it quite challenging to access them quickly in reports. Consequently, I have to submit a request to obtain them.

Overall: Handling VAT reporting and payments across multiple locations where our sales take place was incredibly challenging, especially without any prior expertise in this area. Thankfully, Lovat came to our rescue with their amazing solution. Without them, we would have struggled to navigate this process correctly. Their support has been invaluable, and we are grateful for the assistance they provide.

Pros: Filing declarations in Europe into countries we need is no longer a difficulty for us. The LOVAT solution covers all the necessary tax types. I was very pleased with the support team and the tax department, guys are polite and quick in their answers, and most importantly, we can entrust them with our tax issues in the EU.

Cons: Mobile app version could be improved but it's not something from the category of critical cons, I believe that's all for now.

Overall: I would rate this program 10/10. Really useful. The support and overall team are very helpful and fast in communication. Just great guys! And it is really a straight all-included solutions. Highly recommend it!

Pros: I integrated my account with the Lovat platform and now I don't worry about taxes because it requires minimal involvement from me. It's really convenient and simplifies my business.

Cons: It would be great if a more user-friendly interface were developed for storing my paper letters from the tax. It's not very convenient for me to track them right now.

Overall: Plan to continue using Lovat as it meets all my needs. easy onboarding process, intuitive interface.

Pros: With the LOVAT all-in-one solution, we're able to perform key functions in relation to our US sales tax.
Convenient threshold tracking function for each state, perfect design, online reporting plus tax corrections if needed. It all makes life easier.

Cons: For some kinds of transactions we have to upload them manually, it's great that this option is also available, but it takes more time to complete this.

Overall: We're satisfied. Everything is really comfortable and has been painstakingly created for basic tax compliance needs.
I can confidently recommend the software and the LOVAT team!

Pros: Services are on really a high level.
Many various options for e-commerce sellers, such as integrations within a few minutes, reports filing online, data storage and tax calculations for the needed countries.

Cons: Not sure, but seems like some dashboard features may be improved further.

Overall: Convenient and easy-to-understand software, courtesy in communication, and timely support. Lots of nice moments for a really small price of services.

Pros: Easy installation, great live support they replied to me in minutes, free auto-submit for 2 states with one subscription.

Cons: I cannot see my threshold in the mobile version, this option is for desktop version of Lovat portal.

Overall: I'm new to online sales and it was quite an issue for me to be tax compliant. With Lovat, it became clear.
