"Decent document management but no API access or Zapier" Posted 2021-02-06
Pros: Leap has decent tools for case management but it is terrible if you want your system to do anything else.
Cons: Really poor integration options. We use a piece of online booking software and some marketing automation software for chasing up new lead. Normally we would use Zapier to integrate these tools with a CRM but there is no way for us to integrate these tools with leap. Most other legal management software now has a Zapier or Integromat integration but leap don't. They have their own ecosystem of apps which are all a bit outdated and don't have the functionality we need. I've tried several times to get access to the API to see if a developer could build our own integration but customer service refuse to give him an account.
Overall: Overall I've found trying to get leap to do what I need it to do incredibly frustrating. The customer service has been incredibly poor as well. Lots of failed promises and lack of concern.
