    "Nobody likes billing, but now we don't have to think about it"

    Pros: While building our new company, we were able to focus on our product and product‑market fit without worrying about billing. We simply connected Stripe, were ready to launch, and received all the attention we wanted from the team. They really know what they're doing regarding regulations and rules while at the same time having built a modern and lean system with an excellent API.

    Cons: Initially, we were a little overwhelmed the first time we looked at the dashboard. The features are truly abundant, giving you the power to build your optimal billing infrastructure from scratch using the provided components. The flexibility is nice, but we had many questions, which were later incorporated into the new AI bot, an interactive documentation bot, and the documentation itself.

    Overall: Compared to the alternatives we tried, our team tried at other companies and with our software before, this was truly a walk in the park. And we saved a lot of capital by not having to build and plan stuff ourselves. It's also great to be seen and constantly supported by the team behind Kontier.
