    Pros: AmoCRM is a powerful integrated messaging tool that enables a productive way to gather sales leads.
    It's available on cross-platform, which makes way to access organized leads and target them.
    The sales pipeline management gives me a very smooth experience.

    Cons: The relation and interest reports are no so informative to me.

    Overall: amoCRM is an extremely powerful sales CRM that enables complete control on sales pipeline from it's cross-platform dashboard. I recommend this to everyone.

    "Great CRM for Sales"

    Pros: Good customer support, intuitive design and UX, easy to learn and get up and running, great sales automation features.

    Cons: It'd be nice if we could categorize leads a bit more effectively, but other than that no cons.

    Overall: amoCRM has worked great for us. It works well for our sales team from their desktop PCs, as well as our field sales reps who use iPads/iPhones. I like how it integrates with our email system and also with our WordPress site. Our sales team is growing quickly and amoCRM is scaling with our team without any problems. Highly recommend amoCRM for streamlining and improving CRM activities, sales force automation, and increasing overall sales.
