KleenMic is a desktop app that reduces background noise from microphone audio before it reaches a calling app. It supports Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later and 64-bit Windows 10/11; Windows 11 on Arm uses x64 emulation. Users choose a physical microphone in KleenMic, enable noise removal, and select the KleenMic virtual microphone in compatible apps such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Discord. Processing modes include Auto, Quality, and Efficient, with a live headphone test to check audio before a call. The Mac edition also provides echo control. Audio is processed locally and is not uploaded for noise removal. A 72-hour trial requires no account or payment card, followed by a one-time $20 license for one computer at a time. Trial launches and license activation require internet; a verified paid license works offline for up to 30 days.
