    "Really great tool for accreditation management"

    Pros: Everything! So happy to have software that does what we need. Flexible and capable all around. It was the right choice for our company.

    Cons: We've used it for less than 2 years and we've not had any issues with thus far. There is still more features to explore.

    Overall: This tool has been great. We've finally been able to streamline our clunky accreditation process.

    Pros: Excellent reporting, ability to assess learning outcomes, handles our unique process. Covers all of our specific needs.

    Cons: None.

    Overall: Positive experience. Easy to use. It was able to adhere to our specific needs. Support team is very responsive and after a few weeks of working with their team post launch, we reached our cruising altitudes.

    Pros: I like the ease of use and how much the software does. The Virtual Atlantic team has been very responsive and helpful.

    Cons: I needed one feature that wasn't available in the core software but it was able to be added as a customization.

    Overall: I love the system and the relationship I've developed with Virtual Atlantic. They have a stellar team of developers plus an institutional research pro on staff who helped develop the system and provided immeasurable guidance to my staff throughout the implementation process.

    Pros: This software does everything. Love the ability to take complete control of the assessment process and the extensive benchmarking tools.

    Cons: There were no show stoppers during our evaluation.

    Overall: Nothing but positive experiences. We've used the software for a few years and have been able to make upgrades based on our changing criteria. The process has been really collaborative with Virtual Atlantic and they've offered us a lot of guidance which has been great.

    Pros: Jetpack can handle everything we need. It's flexible and totally configurable. We were able to setup the accreditation process the exact way that our board was requiring. This was a very huge plus in our selection of Jetpack.

    Cons: We haven't really experienced any issues with the software until now. The support team usually accommodates the necessary changes we need to make as we see fit.

    Overall: Easy transition from our old system and the implementation team was available whenever we needed them
