    Pros: Very basic project management software. At first the price was good but they raised it less than a month after we signed up.

    Cons: From the start it looks to be good software but once you start using it you realize it is very clunky and they have a lot of work to do. Every suggestion it seems they write down and then toss away. The designer portion of the software is similar to using “paint.” Also, they raised the price on us a month after signing up. My last issue they still haven’t replied to.

    Overall: We won’t be renewing our subscription. There are better options out there. Especially after they raised the price.

    Hi there, Sorry to hear that you didn’t love your experience with Jetbuilt! We work hard to create a great product, so I just wanted to take a moment to respond to your notes. It sounds like you had some feature requests that weren’t immediately implemented. User feedback is important to us, and we record every request that comes our way. This feedback helps us prioritize out our next steps, though we do receive far more requests than we can accommodate as many of our users have unique workflows with differing requirements. We can’t promise to build everything that is requested, but we are constantly working on improving the platform. I also want to apologize for the poor timing of our price increases. We hadn’t raised our prices in years, despite constantly adding new functionally to the platform and growing our team to accommodate the demand. We held out as long as we could, but I can certainly understand feeling frustrated that the price increase happened shortly after you joined. We feel that Jetbuilt is a valuable product and want our users to see that value as well. That said, we understand that it’s not always going to be a perfect fit for everyone. I hope you’ve been able to find another platform that works well for you!
