    Pros: I have been using JIRA for 10+ years. I love it but also hate it at the same time. However the love for it far surpasses the unhappiness! Atlassian has been making the product better the last 2 years and Cloud is by far the best they have ever done. The platform is powerful and the ease of use is improving in each release. At this point there is literally no need to use anything else.

    Cons: For junior or small teams JIRA is too much but for any team doing actual product development work this is the tool.

    Overall: JIRA is the default in our organization and I cant image working anywhere else that isn't using JIRA. I would really like to see Atlassian acquire ProductPlan or similar service that gives more high level product planning capabilities that are so tight with JIRA.

    Pros: With Jira software, we can create plans, organize work and issues and follow activities. We can easily manage project activities and track progress over time. Our team can be able to raise issues in the form of tickets and track bugs and fixes. For a particular EPIC, we can create user stories. In the dashboard, overall progress can be easily tracked. Tools such as cloning and links help to track tasks more easily. We can easily integrate the tool with outlook to get notifications. In Jira, unlike other project management tools, we can easily attach various documents and files including videos and pictures. Configurations and integration with other products can be done very quickly.

    Cons: It's not good for mobile devices. We have to go for a laptop tool to get full configurations. Compared to other project management tools available in the market, it's somewhat more expensive. The initial learning curve of the product is long. Using Jira, it's really difficult to work on the waterfall model. Search filters can be improved. Other than this we are really happy with the product.

    Overall: Good platform to manage agile-based projects. We are really happy with the product. Users can interact and ask questions. We can easily calculate the amount of work that can be done in a particular sprint. We can easily track the amount of work spent on a particular project. Bug monitoring can be done very easily. Overall, it's a pretty good product for project management.

    Pros: Jira is a tool that participates throughout our work process, it is involved in every aspect, being a weapon and an indispensable guide to visualize business objectives and go on the way to achieving them, hand in hand with a planning adjusted to our requirements helping us to always get what we are looking for. Jira offers fast processing of corporate processes thanks to the fact that it makes the perfect link with the automation of forms, which allows us to speed up marketing campaigns, increase our sales and with this increase the pace of work. It is a chain that continues constant with only a minimum aspect, but not only this, Jira provides the ideal tools to create tasks and go through different stages of the project and follow the workflow line by line to make a complete and thorough review of each thing that we are doing, this with the main purpose of achieving a correct control and management of the necessary tools for the fulfillment of our work, of carrying out a correct administration among the entire work team and that each area participates on time and in a efficiently, through the activities panel and thanks to the management of assignments and a fairly complete communication system. As well as the fulfillment of the work schedule and the planning that we carry out so that our purpose is fulfilled just in time, this hand in hand with the calendar that has been essential to follow our route to the letter. Being able to track activities is essential and Jira provides the correct tools to accomplish this, in this way we do not miss the details and we are attentive to each step of the progress of the projects. It is gratifying to come across a tool like Jira and to know the endless possibilities and alternatives it provides to achieve good work performance and proper monitoring of business tasks.

    Cons: I have faced common problems in form automations, I have tried to get the support team to give me their contribution to solve it but really the solutions that they have given me have been very little to the problem that we need to solve. Although it has a complete interface, customization is quite complicated, adapting the options to our use and requirements is not as simple as we thought. As well as, in general terms Jira is not as easy to use as we expected, it takes time to learn how to use each aspect when we start, but thanks to the documentation it is possible to go through a much faster learning curve. It requires a high broadband, since it becomes slow when our internet is slow, this interferes with our work and the tasks that we are doing. As I mentioned, there are limitations in customization, it has been difficult for us to change the names of the different members of the work team, if they have the same name it can be confusing, as well as for the prioritization of tasks, so we would like and it seems essential to us to have the control over certain aspects that we need to adapt to the comfort of our work. Another thing is that we notice that one tool depends on another, and then this one depends on another, and everything becomes a cycle that seems to have no end to finish configuring it, it is not comfortable or practical.

    Overall: Having Jira over our day to day has been one of the best things we have achieved. Since we have been using Jira, our work has become lighter, and not precisely because we have had less work, it has been because Jira has allowed us to have a much more fluid work, with greater control over different work aspects and with more details in things. that we did not evaluate before. Without a doubt, we managed to increase our sales thanks to the fact that there is greater planning in our work, we evaluate the receptivity of our clients, we offer a better-quality product, and we are pending at each stage of the project, doing the proper follow-up to ensure that everything always turns out well. Jira allows us to be there, always, to make sure that as a team and in a collaborative way we achieve our work objectives while satisfying our customers, as well as improving day by day as integral professionals. We find it gratifying to always have a much clearer perspective, always knowing the bases of our project and how we want the goal to be, having a vision in this Jira accompanies us throughout everything allowing us to always achieve our goals successfully.     Pros: Both the agile/engineering members can use this and so can operations members. I love that we can do just about everything in one place.

    Cons: Sometimes it can get a bit hard to try and find what you need using the system search. Just have to bookmark it and hope you don't lose it.

    Overall: A little convoluted in the way of document control and finding and creating graphs within the program can be nice. But the scripts are easy to use and overall it is a nice program.

    2. It supports a lot of extensions for additional features, also there is a huge marketplace for their extensions along with a huge community support.
    3. Tasks can be assigned easily to an employee, and ticket creation for bugs is also effortless to generate.
    4. Sprint board feature helps a lot in streamlining the workflow and increasing the overall productivity.

    Cons: 1. The reports can be made more brief and easy to analyse.

    Overall: Jira is overall a great tool to streamline the workflow in organizations. It has an intuitive user interface, with the features and productivity it provides it completely justifies its price.

    Pros: Jira is a user-friendly tool with intuitive UI to track software development phases in a way that it can be used in future for bug tracking and solving various planning issues. It also handles the ticketing system within an organization. Attaching and linking various files is simple. It also helps in keeping work log of employees by hours.

    Cons: Ticket cannot be deleted after they have been created.
    It does not have user-friendly UI in the mobile version.

    Overall: Jira is overall a must-have tool for any organization to maximize the productivity and utilizing the time by assigning tasks to employees and tracking the log of the work.

    Pros: * Easy to create tickets
    * Allow for delegation
    * Email notifications are good
    * Has reporting options built in

    Cons: * Complex naming structures (epics, stories, etc)
    * Admin on the backend is unnecessarily complex and a pain to set up

    Overall: Overall a great tool for what it is, but a huge complaint of mine is that you almost need a degree in JIRA to be able to set up things on the backend. However as a front end user (who gets assigned tickets) it's easy to pick up and use.

    Pros: 1) Dashboard representation and sharing 2) We can update the status of any issue/ticket through mobile or email. 3) Easy to use, also to customize the process flow and time tracking with priority.

    Cons: 1) No option to download all the attachment in any particular issue. 2) Should include more KBA. 3) Should be more secured when we are commenting or tagging any person.

    Overall: Jira one software product designed to help teams of all types manage work. Good software for bug and issue tracker. We can share the specific team dashboard and represents issue number with graph representation. Good part is we can update the status of issue through phone, email. Best experience with this tool for issue tracking and also has best workflow system approval for development request or issue resolvent with priority with SLA breach.
