J5Drive is web-based management software for small independent used-car dealers, including Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) lots. It brings vehicle inventory, customer records, cash and financed contracts, payments, balances, and receipts together. Inventory tools include VIN scanning, vehicle costs and prices, photos, and inspections, while accounts receivable tracks contract balances, due dates, and days overdue. Dealers can send receipts and late-payment alerts through WhatsApp, SMS, and email to customers who have opted in. The system supports separate owner, salesperson, and collector logins, vehicle-level profitability, Excel and CSV imports, and weekly data backups. Its interface is available in English and Spanish and runs in a web browser. Plans are Basic at $49/month, Pro at $149/month, and Max at $299/month; Basic supports up to 10 cars in active inventory.
