    Pros: The website was able to successfully take my payment, which appears to be the part of the process that still works.

    Cons: No license delivered after payment
    No response from support
    Required a chargeback to resolve
    Similar complaint already posted by another reviewer

    Overall: My experience was extremely negative. I paid for a software license, but nothing was delivered. I contacted support and received no reply. After waiting and giving them the opportunity to fix it, I still got no response and had to do a chargeback. I also found another review from someone reporting the same experience. Based on what happened to me, I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

    Cons: My card was billed but I did not receive any confirmation email with the product key, I have tried to email the support@invoiceexpert.com on numerous occasions and to date they have not responded to any emails

    Overall: Very poor service.

    Pros: Software is easy to use and straightforward. It does the job for my business needs, to be able to invoice clients and maintain stock. You can also customise your invoice templates to suit your business, which is great.

    Cons: You can't create your own custom reports and need to use the canned reports.

    Overall: Overall, software is great and I would recommend if you need to create invoices, quotes, and maintain stocks. Customer support was quick to respond to queries I had about using the customisation for designing my invoices.
