    "Configuring your account for trading and/or processing any changes on your account is a nightmare."

    Pros: For now, nothing compared to other trading platforms. Maybe the supposed option to trade crossborder, but I haven't been able to use it due to eternal manual account approval processes.

    Cons: Everything from poor UX and clarity, transferring funds took a while, and setting your trading permissions require a whole internal bureaucratic process that can take up to 3 days. And that does not ensure you can trade some products (e.g. OTC Stocks or options).

    Overall: Poor UX platform. Useless Customer Service. Manual account verification processes that delay your trading.
