Calibration Studio
Calibration Studio offers key benefits over the manual method of Calibration. Calibration Studio has a work flow-based approach to calibration and inspection. Master management, Instrument management, Receive Instrument, Inspect Instrument, Generate Certificate are the key functionalities. Type A and Type B uncertainty calculations and certificate display and printing are functions finally carried out. The Auditor can view the measurement results, uncertainty values and other certificate information based on which he/she can accept or reject the instrument under inspection. Rejected instruments are sent back for recalibration or repairs. The accepted ones are issued to the related department for future use. The Meta data configuration functionality provides administrators to configure Customer Information, Units, Master Category, Instrument Category/sub category, Measurement methodology, and Certificate fields/notes/remarks.

Calibration Control
Use Calibration Control (CC) for Calibration, Maintenance, or general Asset Management. Quickly and visually track equipment that requires Calibration or Maintenance using customizable highlighted grids, auto emails, or reports. Maintain histories with audit trails relating to equipment traceability, people, companies, related documents, attachments, certificates, & more.
Automate Calibration Control with custom or default barcode labels scanned by time-saver data entry dialogs to increase speed and traceability. Use the Report Designer for custom reports or modify existing reports.
ISO, FDA, & ANSI quality systems use CC to maintain compliance and effortlessly communicate that compliance to auditors and internal customers. Although CC grew up in a Manufacturing environment, it is also used in other industries like Metrology Services, Health Care, Aviation/Aerospace, Mining, Testing, Maintenance, Designer Engineering, Oil Wells, Distribution, Packaging, and others.

Gaugelog
Gaugelog is calibration management software for quality managers in ISO 9001 manufacturing companies, built for programs with up to 10,000 instruments. Setup starts from the spreadsheet a team already has: upload it as it is, messy columns are fine. Import uses AI once, to read the column headers; everything after that is deterministic: the same data produces the same register every time. The register tracks due dates with escalating email reminders at 30, 14 and 7 days, on the due day and weekly past due, plus a test button that shows the alerts fire. Calibration records capture as-found and as-left results, and a failed calibration starts a guided out-of-tolerance flow aligned with ISO 9001 clause 7.1.5. Certificates carry the customer logo on every plan, and one click exports an audit pack with register status, due lists, out-of-tolerance closures and a certificate index. Pricing is per gauge with unlimited users on every plan, including a free plan for up to 30 gauges.
