Cons: Some fields feel unnecessary, but we just focus on the required ones, and everything works smoothly.

Overall: We've been working with Infocon Systems for 5 years and have been very happy with the service. As a smaller business, we don’t have the resources for a dedicated EDI specialist, and Infocon has been the ideal solution.

We like the support for various protocols in single platform and all types of integration options including API, FTP, VAN and Portal.

Cons: Nothing major to write here. It is a good investment and positive experience.
