    Pros: Very easy to use and makes keeping track of any incidents inputted by our employees simple, for the features we have it works well in our company.

    Cons: We haven't had any type of issues with this software. very practical for what we use it for.

    Overall: We use this program daily and have had zero issues with it. It makes keeping track of our daily duties to injuries without a flaw, fits well with our organization.

    Pros: The ease of use in a work day. The ability to view previous logs. The general set up of the working space.

    Cons: The system is slightly buggy. The product will pick a day and stop working all together.

    Overall: For my day to day work the product is good. It's easy to use and allows for previous logs to be viewed. The issues I have are that it is slightly buggy and will go without working for a day or two.

    Pros: Incident Tracker allows the user to easily track incidents and daily shift reports in a way that includes logical organization and easy recall when searching for previously filed information, incidents and reports.

    Cons: The Advanced Search function can be a bit overwhelming with all the options for filtering when searching the system for past reports.

    Overall: I have been using Incident Tracker for over 4 years now at my job on a residential campus for kids with behavioral issues and have found that this software has improved the overall organization and documenting of incidents on a day-to-day basis.

    "Just Can't Do Without It!"

    Pros: Finally, everything in one place! Easy access to reporting, and getting information to the right people! Big time saver for yearly reports that must be submitted. In addition to the product quality, the member of the team ALWAYS get back with you immediately, if you have a question, concern or suggestion!! They are always willing to better their product to help all! Best of all, the price is right!!

    Cons: No Holiday Party invite - JUST KIDDING! I really do not see anything that I can say I don't like. Again, they are always willing to work with you to meet your needs.

    Overall: Incident Tracker is a great product to use. We have been using it for several years now, and it only keeps getting better!

    Pros: I like the My Reports feature that enables staff to monitor & review reports that they have submitted.

    Cons: I do not like that required data is exported into an excel format.
    The workflows are limited.

    Overall: The staff like the system. They find it easy to use.
    It is less advantageous from a data reporting perspective.

    "Fantastic Reporting system"

    Pros: The ease in use, the the customization options and opportunities, the customer service and incident tracker Team, the price point.

    Cons: Not many at all. I would imagine larger schools - 15-20k or more students - may need some additional support.

    Overall: I could not be happier with this system. The system is fantastic, easy and incredibly affordable. We currently have multiple offices who use this system in a variety of manners. Beyond just the system and probably more importantly has been the incident tracker team and the customer service. There is no one better at providing care, trouble shooting the limited questions that arise or providing a customized experience for us. I refer everyone I know in the student life field to Incident tracker when they are looking for a system to use. I cannot speak more highly of them.
