The Impact Management Platform is a collaborative initiative among leading providers of international public good standards, frameworks, and guidance for managing impact. Its primary objectives are to clarify and build consensus on the meaning and practice of impact management, work towards a complete and coherent system of impact management resources, and engage in coordinated dialogue with policymakers. The Platform offers resources such as the system map, which provides a high-level visual of international resources available to enterprises, investors, and financial institutions for managing their sustainability impacts. Additionally, it outlines key actions of impact management, including strategy development, governance, identification of impacts, and measurement and assessment, to guide organizations in embedding impact management into their operations.
