Pros: Nothing. there is nothing good about this service as it is outside of US borders and insecure. Information is being sold to others as you have to give information verbally over the phone.
Cons: Set up auto pay with them and immediately after having given them CC information, we had fraudulent charges next day. No other verbal use of CC was given in past.
Overall: Difficult. Foreign (out of US) so insecure. Call sounded like it was in a home with others. there is nothing good about this service as it is outside of US borders and insecure. Information is being sold to others as you have to give information verbally over the phone.

Pros: Nothing. Frustrating. No Customer Service
Cons: 1) Get a voice message when you call in to just "PAY" your bill -
MY TIME IS AS VALUABLE AS THEIRS OR MORE SO. Just answer the phone and take the payment.
2) Wants you to leave detailed messages rather than answering the phone to TALK to the customer and service them quickly!
3) CHARGE 3% if you use a credit card to pay your provider billOverall: ImaginePay has decided Customer Service is NO LONGER part of the "service". MEDICAL BILLING NEEDS TO ANSWER THE PHONE!
