SoftDicom is a portable DICOM viewer and PACS designed to run directly from a bundled SSD. Simply plug the SSD into a Windows, macOS, or Ubuntu computer and open your studies immediately.
There is no installer, no Java runtime, no package manager, and no administrator/root access required. This makes SoftDicom ideal for use on borrowed, shared, or locked-down computers where installing software is not possible.
SoftDicom supports DICOM Parts 3, 4, 6, 10, and 14, with support for JPEG 2000, JPEG Lossless, RLE, and JPEG Baseline compression.
It supports a wide range of imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, PET/CT, SPECT, and Cath-Lab studies.
SoftDicom can also open JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, and NIfTI files.

MiniPACS is a self-hosted PACS built for independent radiology and imaging centers that would rather own their archive than rent cloud storage by the study. It ingests standard DICOM C-STORE from any modality (CT, MR, US, XR and more) and opens every study in the browser with a built-in viewer that loads in under a second, so reading never waits on a workstation.
