Hyred Business is a web-based recruiting and applicant-tracking platform for employers in Indonesia. Recruiters create a vacancy by entering role requirements or pasting a job description, then review matched profiles from Hyred’s opt-in candidate talent pool. Candidate profiles are initially anonymous and include a fit score with evidence mapped to each stated requirement. Employers can invite candidates to interview; Hyred sends the invitation, and contact details are revealed only after the candidate accepts. Candidates have 24 hours to respond, and an interview credit is used only for an accepted invitation. The platform also brings applicants from a company career page and uploaded CVs into a shared hiring pipeline, where teams can track stages, notes, and interview schedules. The free tier includes three interviews; a 30-day package provides 10 interviews for Rp99,000, paid once without automatic renewal.
