    "A unified API that simplified our payment stack"

    Pros: Hyperswitch helped us simplify our multi-processor payment architecture through a unified API layer and flexible routing capabilities. The observability and transparency around routing decisions are very useful for troubleshooting and optimization. The engineering team is also responsive and supportive during integration and production rollout

    Cons: Some documentation and feature updates could be more synchronized, especially when new UI or flow changes are introduced.

    Overall: Hyperswitch consolidated multiple payment processor integrations into a single and flexible orchestration layer for our team. It improved routing flexibility and reduced operational complexity compared to our previous setup. The support from the team throughout onboarding and troubleshooting has also been valuable.
