Pros: The ease of use is fantastic; from editing descriptions to adding or changing pictures, so easy. Plus, if assistance is needed your Client Success Manager is there to help. Houzz Pro is designed well, which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I like how quick and easy it is to respond to potential clients and they seem to like it too.

Cons: I would have to say the only con could be the price. It just depends on how much assistance you want from Houzz and if you are going to utilize the features.

Overall: Houzz Pro is a great tool to get your business noticed by qualified clients. Houzz Pro does part of the work for you by making sure potential clients are a good fit for you then sending you their information.
Houzz Pro then makes responding and organizing potential client information in way that is quick to find later.
