Overall: OUTSTANDING SUPPORT! As a complete novice I struggled to understand what was required and my frustration was getting the better of me. Maya, worked her 'magic' and got everything sorted for me. Very few companies provide this level of support.

I spent nearly 20 years with a different hosting who was superb I must say, but I needed more speed and that's the reason why I'm here at hostiso, not with all my 60 plus accounts but just with 4 of them and I am so satisfied and happy with Hostis, but I'm not too familiar with the WHM at hostiso and was having some difficulties in solving a problem I had and, I was very much afraid that they would get exasperated because I could not do what they needed as soon as expected, and didn't want they new that my difficulty is also because I'm not as young as they are, since I'm 50 years old, but the fact is that they did everything I was supposed to do in a way which I really loved, because you could see their will and aim at helping me.

A you can see, English is not my mother tongue, so that was another reason, but I feel just fine at Hostiso because they all love their company and they are all so willing to help and make life easy that one can only love them and the company and say THANK YOU all the time.

I’m very sorry I did not make myself understood in expressing how happy I am with Hostiso, but my English does not go any further.

Cons: All is great, I really do not have nothing that I do not like with Hostiso.

Overall: I decided to leave a review for Hostiso as I realised I've been their client for over 3 years, without a single incident. Currently I host only 20 domains with them, including our own dedicated servers and VPS, so I can tell when something is (or isn't) ideal as far as web hosting goes.

My websites have never had any downtime, slowdown or miscellaneous problems with email or whatnot. I just opened a ticket for the first time with them, for a billing issue (not their fault, just something I needed a clarification for), and found out they also have a very client-oriented service.

I really have nothing else to add, everything "just works" as it should.

Fully recommend to choose Hostiso!

Cons: Not secure. They removed my 3 years of data including medical scans.

I’ve been their customer for 3 years. I logged in few days ago to see that my account’s status is “cancelled”. They didn’t inform me about it, they didn’t try to contact me, didn’t offer refund. Just cancelled and ignored.

As per their own terms and conditions they should send me an official note and send refund within several days. They didn’t do any of that.

I opened the ticket and was told to “send id”. This is also not in their ToS.

They literally took my 3 years of data hostage.

This is probably the most unprofessional company in the industry. Avoid.
