    "Great resource to automate your listing management "

    Pros: - Customer service
    - Interface is intuitive and continues to improve
    - Saves a TON of time by automating all the tedious tasks of managing your listing
    - Keeps our listings relevant and up to date, allowing us to appear more in search results

    Cons: - In the beginning, the set up took a little bit of time, however the was time well spent and customer service responded very quickly when we came across any questions

    Overall: We manage 50+ rentals and Smartbnb has been integral for our business as it's saved us countless hours of manual work that can easily be automated!! Even if we only had a few listings, Smartbnb would be worth it. Onboarding was straightforward and their customer service team has always been quick to reply and very helpful. Highly recommend.
