    "Poor tool for patient care documentation "

    Pros: Nothing was easy. Feel we went back to stone age from useful documentation system. I can not find anything that is more difficult in 35 years of nursing!

    Cons: Tunnel vision experience when charting. Unable to subjectively evaluate clinical progress. Multiple steps required and repeated to achieve results. Frustrating and unable to call help desk for assistance as company only allowed 5 people to speak to help desk.

    Overall: Left my job when they switched to this system because of the difficulty of use and unfriendliness of software
