Pros: We moved to Homearize after another well-known web-based program which we'd only recently switched to from an older-style system simply couldn't cope with Australian GST requirements and other critical functions. Homearize handles the GST natively with no workarounds, which made an immediate difference to our day-to-day operations. The software itself is easy to use and quick to pick up. The whole team got comfortable with it without much fuss. The customer support has been a standout too despite the time difference with Australia, we typically hear back same day or next day and issues actually get fixed rather than sitting in a queue for weeks. The team is genuinely pleasant to deal with and it's great value for what you get.
Cons: Some workflows involve more clicks than feel necessary, so moving between things can be a little bit cumbersome. That said, the team is actively working with us to streamline this, which says a lot about how they treat their customers.
Overall: Switching to Homearize has been the best decision we've made for our business. It's reliable and well-suited to the Australian market, and the fact that it adapts so well to local requirements like ours shows it's genuinely built to support businesses globally. Backed by a support team that listens and actually responds — highly recommended for any flooring business, wherever you're based. Pros: The software is really simple to use; you can quickly learn how to work with it. Great IT support.
Cons: The Dashboard does not provide quick access to see the team work currently ongoing.

Pros: Before HomeArize, I was spending my evenings typing up estimates. Now, I can generate a professional, branded quote right on-site using my tablet. I love that it integrates with QuickBooks—I can send the invoice. It has significantly shortened our payment cycle and eliminated the constant back-and-forth emails. It’s clean, fast, and very professional
Cons: Nothing that I can see. Honestly, it was so easy to use and integrate with daily workflow.
