It parses CVs in any format and converts them into structured, searchable data within seconds. Semantic matching goes beyond keyword scanning to understand actual candidate qualifications, ranking applicants by real fit rather than resume formatting tricks.
From there, Hireo handles the rest: auto-generated branded CV presentations, one-click posting across multiple job boards, and a centralized candidate database with intelligent tagging and filtering. Every applicant is scored against job requirements consistently and objectively, cutting the CV review bottleneck from 3 hours per position to under 2 minutes.
