    "Amazing one-way video interview tool!!"

    Pros: My favorite thing about Hireflix is that they provide a public link you can send to all candidates, and you can watch candidate interviews on 2x or 3x speed, to accelerate review.

    Cons: I had a few cons but the Hireflix product team solved them!

    Overall: Overall I love Hireflix. It's super easy to use for candidate screening and really easy to get started. And their customer support is amazing!

    "Convenient and time saving"

    Pros: It allowed to move to the interview step only those candidates that were a fit, saving time for me and for them. I found them 2 years ago when they had just started and it gives me a lot of peace to see how they keep improving the software month after month.

    Cons: I wish they were already supporting Polish as a language.

    Overall: It focuses the time of my team on the candidates that have the most chances to find a good fit with us. This benefits all the candidates and our company and employees.

    Pros: We use one-way video interviewing to analyze pitches from entrepreneurs and Hireflix is, hands down, the best one-way video interviewing software we could find. We needed a simple, reasonably priced and effective solution, and that's what they delivered. Their support has also been top-notch.

    Cons: Nothing too much important that comes to mind. Maybe they could improve the stats and information about the video interviewing process.

    Overall: I recommend Hireflix to anyone looking for one-way video interviewing. In our case, we use Hireflix to analyze pitches from entrepreneurs.

    Cons: - Would be great to have advanced trigger for custom notifications

    Overall: Our experience with Hireflix was great, we saved a ton of time avoiding scheduling and making calls in our hiring process.

    As a founder, I need productivity but also making sure that new hires fit in with the company culture, and Hireflix allows you to streamline your hiring process so you can be much more productive without risking the well-being of the team by making poor hiring-decisions for lack of time.

    Pros: Saved me an incredible amount of time. Completely changed the way I see the interview process. I can now work on at my own pace and I don't have to worry about endless scheduling and cancellations. A real game changer!

    Cons: Honestly there is nothing about the product which I disliked, overall very useful and it is now an important part of any interview process at Payflow

    Overall: The primary benefit I've seen has been that of time saving. I can be a lot more productive and really listen to what the candidates are replying to when I can watch the answers multiple times.
