    "Surprisingly Reliable During High Traffic"

    Pros: I started using HeyDM because most Instagram automation tools I tried were either too expensive or had annoying limits. HeyDM was different. The pricing is much more reasonable, and I don't have to constantly worry about hitting usage caps. The biggest test came when one of my reels unexpectedly went viral. Thousands of comments started coming in, and HeyDM kept sending DMs without any issues. I honestly expected something to break, but it handled the traffic much better than I expected. It saved me hours of manual work and helped me capture leads that I would have otherwise missed.

    Cons: The product is still growing, so I'd like to see more integrations and advanced analytics in future updates. Those additions would make it even better.

    Overall: I've had a really good experience with HeyDM so far. It's fast, easy to use, and doesn't feel restrictive like many other tools in this category. The combination of affordable pricing, smooth performance during high engagement, and no frustrating limits makes it stand out. If your Instagram account gets a lot of comments or you're hoping to automate DMs without paying premium prices, I'd definitely recommend giving HeyDM a try.
