Pros: I love using hero travels for my bookings. It’s super easy to handle and the support team always gets back to me really fast and helps me if I have troubles setting sth up. I really like how easy it is to book with hero travels. Specially when it comes to receiving payments. You have so many options and they also provide you with an online payment link for customers. I really like that they prepare a receipt for them and the tickets. Would highly recommend using hero travels for bookings!! :)

Cons: I often can’t find tours when it comes to not so popular destinations and I wish I could manually adjust my net rate to make it easier and faster when I negotiated a special deal with a supplier.

Overall: Great booking website. Really easy to use and great support team! Tours can be found easily and there are a lot of great weekly reports available to keep track of your commission and earnings. Would highly recommend using hero travels for your bookings :)

Pros: System is pretty much self explaining and quick to get a hang of it.
The search option for locations and departure dates is very helpful.
Quick support via life chat or email.
Life availability bookings are very efficient.

Cons: Missing some smaller suppliers from certain areas.
No option to add a booking fee product for administrative side.

Overall: Hero is pretty straight forward and easy to use.
It has all major suppliers only lacking a few smaller ones.
Would definitely recommend to any industry partners.

Pros: Easy to understand, best overview and search options for products. It lets you search for companies and single products.

Cons: Once the day shift is closed you cannot print the report anymore.

Overall: Helpful staff, online via chat or on the phone if assistance is needed, easy to handle, good overview about products..

Cons: A few more sorting options would be good for suppliers with large range of products.

Overall: Great system for both admin and user - would t hesitate to recommend. The team have always been super helpful and listen to any feedback given.
Speed of support during Covid was much appreciated

Pros: I like that you can save your preferred products. I also like the fact it's straight forward to use.

Cons: Can be quite slow processing group bookings it takes a while to generate the vouchers.

Overall: Overall a good booking system to use. Great design and easy to use. I would recommend this in the future.

Pros: Ease of use and very responsive personal support.
The process is very smooth and improvements happening all of the time.
I have a lot of trust in the Hero team.

Cons: There is virtually nothing I don't like. For the free access you cannot go wrong.

Overall: My experience has been very positive.
The software and service have been excellent and I will continue to work with Hero into the future. Their ethics are in a good place and hopefully the product keeps improving.

Pros: User-friendly, very easy to get used to it, and if any issues the live chat team is always on point and quick to fix any problem which can occur.

Cons: Some missing product on the platform but we noticed an improvement over the past years.

Overall: It is an awesome tool to unable travel agent and suppliers to work closely and effectively, I recommend to all my travel agent colleague to jump on Hero and try this amazing system.

Overall: Fantastic system I have been using it with our company Cheap Az Travel for several years now after switching from a different system.

The Hero platform is extremely easy to use and if you ever need help with anything they're always there with a very fast response rate.

I would highly recommend this platform to any travel business.

Pros: It is a really good software for regular travelers, travel agencies and travel agents. You can get all your operations done in this single platform. Quite user friendly application.

Cons: None at all, If something they can make it easier to navigate through the application.

Pros: A lot easier to navigate and filter than other programmes. Ease of access to all information. Always have support there too if needed.

Cons: There isn't a lot I do not like about the product.

Cons: The cons are all small things (ideal APIs etc) that are being worked on now.

Overall: Hero Travel is a great product for both an agent, and operator. The support and level of listening and attention given to feedback and potential flaws is unparalleled. The team are looking to constantly evolve and improve to ensure they're relevant and up-to-date with the needs of an agent.

Pros: User friendly and looks great but I love the fact that there is instant support! Auto Remittance is outstanding.

Cons: I have zero cons and live everything about Hero software.

Pros: I like that everything is just a a button away for anywhere in Australia. Easy to research products. Like the description information page.

Cons: I don't like booking family bookings where I have to change the ages to make it a family booking. This should be an automatic booking of 2 adults and 2 kids.

I don't like that once you are cashed out you can't cancel the cash out .

Overall: Apart from a few things I love using hero, everything at your finger tips. Easy to view products, description of products.

Cons: Pretty much every tour in Aus & NZ is on the system, which at first is a lil daunting to remember all, but so good to have access to long term!

Pros: User-friendly, lots of products loaded, many cool and useful functions such as e-quote, different search functions, live availability and reporting. Great team on the background that listens to requests and offers super quick help.

Cons: Few improvements can still be made to make booking process even smoother. Shuffling of products in cart, optimising reporting options and small search options to find things more quickly.

Overall: 5 stars because the overall experience is great. Though as it's relatively new there is still room for improvement.

Pros: Extremely easy to use as an agent or supplier. Having live availability on multiple products ensures you have up to date information at hand.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning really as the system is on point.

Overall: HERO is a one-stop-shop software for bookings and payments. This allows agents to work remotely and independently with ease.

Pros: I transitioned from using another Website for my bookings before and have to say HERO is super easy to use! They have a huge variety of Suppliers they work with an are always finding new awesome products as well. The customer service is outstanding!

Cons: You need to make sure to close your quotes before browsing for other products but that's just something you need to remember so no real design fault - can't critique anything .
