HelpGent is a WordPress plugin for creating conversational, multi-step forms and managing customer conversations from a site's WordPress dashboard. Visitors can respond by text, voice recording, video, or screen recording; site teams review submissions and reply asynchronously. Forms can show questions one at a time, use conditional logic, appear as floating bubbles, and capture incomplete responses. The plugin includes a customer portal and an inbox for managing responses, with guest access through email links.
