    Pros: Help Desk Migration makes very easy to migrate from one to another platform. It has demo migration, which make sure you are going on the right path. Customer support is extremely helpful.

    Cons: Help Desk Migration worked very well for me, I'm totally happy with it. No cons to share.

    Overall: Support platform migration was one of the toughest things for me, but after using Help Desk Migration services I was surprised with its capabilities. It easily transfers all of my contact and content from Freshdesk to Zendesk and overall it was hassle-free experience.
