    "Avoid at all costs"

    Pros: None. There have been no pros to using this ticketing system. I wish we'd never started using it. Terrible.

    Cons: Their customer service is terrible. Their website has now been down for 10 days and they have not once contacted their customers to update them on what is happening. I have to keep chasing them to get updates and all i get are copy and paste emails. We use their membership service and now we have no idea which of our members are up for renewal. We are losing money every day. We've asked them to send us our data, and they have said they would, but they have not. We don't understand how a company who promote themselves as 'global' does not have back ups in place. Terrible. Do not use. I had to put one star for this review but they should have no stars.

    Overall: Awful. Just don't use it. They seem to bury their heads in the sand whenever anything goes wrong. Their customer service is terrible.

    "Very poor service"

    Pros: On the odd occasion, I was able to connect there didn't seem to be any Pros to using Helm over other ticket providers.

    Cons: I have attempted to book tickets on 5 separate occasions this year without luck. Their website suffers time-outs, has server errors, database connection errors, and on and on. Having been trying for the last 4 days to book an event, and it still has database errors. Friends have also had the same bad experiences. I have spoken to the event organisers and they are aware and looking to return to Eventbrite because of the appalling service.

    Overall: I wish I could provide something positive in this review, but there is nothing. As a user, there is little I can do except let the event organisers know how bad the experience is using Helm. Fortunately, the organisers are fully aware from all their other complaints.
