    Pros: Very accurate and fast.
    It recognizes many different languages and accents.
    Easy to use.
    Their team is very nice.

    Cons: Sometimes a file will fail and you don't know why, but now you receive an email that tells you why it failed and how to fix it.

    Overall: I am very happy, I will keep using it!
    I also found out about bulk purchases, so if instead of single hours I buy packages of hours, they are cheaper.
    Also, they take feedback seriously, and you can even talk to the engineers so they know what needs to be implemented.
