About HR CRM
HR CRM is a web-based recruiting and human resources platform for in-house recruiting teams, recruiting agencies, and HR teams at small and mid-size companies. It provides a shared candidate database, vacancy pipelines, candidate records, comments, and activity history. Recruiters can add candidate profiles from LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, and Work.ua with a Chrome extension; PDF and Word CVs can also be parsed into candidate records. An AI assistant works with candidate conversations in Telegram. The platform also supports interview scheduling with Google Calendar, job-offer templates, a public careers page, and hiring analytics. HR features include onboarding and offboarding checklists, one-to-one meetings, time-off tracking, employee surveys, and an organization chart. The interface is available in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. These tools support candidate sourcing and hiring workflows alongside employee-management processes.
