    Pros: There are no pros to using this company for guard training. I bought the class and created an account and have not been able to access the class at all, still waiting to hear from someone, it's been over 4 days.

    Cons: Bad customer service, confusing online platform, does not respond to help requests.

    Reached out to them via email, phone, and website, have yet to receive any response. It's been 4 days.

    Overall: Overall a very negative and unprofessional experience, I would recommend to anyone who's looking to purchase a guard card course to go somewhere else.
