    "This company is a scam"

    Posted 2024-09-12

Pros: None. This company is a scam and a fraud. After double charging me they refused to fix it and got stuck in limbo.

Cons: They quoted me $2154 for 5000 flyers. I paid in full on order date and on day they were sent out which was 1 week late they charged me an additional $2212 and when I contacted them to get it resolved they said they did not make a mistake and refused to fix it

    Overall: I got ripped off.

    "No Follow Through"

    Posted 2024-06-11

Pros: They have a targeting service s that gives you the ability to target certain postal areas with demographics that help decide if it’s worth sending post cards to certain areas or not.

Cons: Everything else. For real, their customer service is awful. You get stuck with one specialist and if they don’t know what they are doing it could be a costly(specifically money) on your part. Beware! Also, there is zero follow through on their part. Was told many things that either were never true or didn’t happen.

Overall: I just want you all to know that I am very displeased with the service. My company has only done one mail out with them and the end of this process has got me rethinking my initial decision from ordering with them. In the beginning, everything seemed great, but then after everything was purchased, the service went down hill. They ran a special that I thought seemed too good to be true - buy 2,500 post cards, get 2,500 free. I then called one of their specialists to ensure I was reading this offer correctly. She told me that I in fact was correct, if we bought 2,500 we would get 2,500 free. I then went on the website to get everything set up and at check out I noticed the price did not reflect the BOGO offer that she had mentioned. I called her back, explaining my concern about the amount of money shown at check out because I had decided to buy more than 2,500 since I was getting 2,500 for free. She told me not to worry and that if I chose the pay 50% now and 50% later option that the accounting department would apply the BOGO and that would be it.

Fast forward a few days later and I see my bank was charged another $1k+ when I was anticipating only another $300-$400. I call her quickly, trying to figure out why I was charged so much money. She said she'd look into it. I hear nothing back from her for a few days so I call her back. She then says that they did apply a credit, but it was for only like $300. I explained that 2,500 post cards was NOT worth only $300 and that there must be a mistake. She said that it also didn't sound right and that she'd look into it. Again, a few days go by without a word, so I call her again. She then explains that she can't get an answer and has to talk to her managers who she just so happen to be meeting with that day. I thought, ok great, I'll have an answer some time today. Nope, I have to call her back AGAIN days later. All of this going on while simultaneously noticing that the postcards we purchased had not even shipped when they said they would.

After what felt like WEEKS, I finally see the post cards had shipped out. A couple of days later I finally get a hold of the lady working with my account and she tells me she's still working on the situation. I again go days without hearing from her so I call the main line and ask to speak to her manager, Dean. He explains to me that the discount applied WAS correct and that the offer was not for mailing out the 2,500 postcards, just creating them with the logo. I politely told him the reference to that was not expressed to me by the specialist I was working with and even asked her if it was an actual BOGO offer because if it wasn't I wasn't going to buy that many. He said he understood but that the corporation has never done anything like that and basically said the company was not at fault for one of their worker's mistake. He then said he would, at the very least give me a $200 refund and that he would set me up with another specialist to make sure something like this never happens again with my company. Well, that was almost 2 weeks ago and have still yet to see a refund. This has been an almost 2 month journey and I just felt like this was something that needed to be sent to the public expressing that they should find another dealer for mail outs because this company apparently doesn't do what they say are going to do.
