Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy interface to setup direct mailings to send to customers and target them as needed for the mailings None. This company is a scam and a fraud. After double charging me they refused to fix it and got stuck in limbo. They have a targeting service s that gives you the ability to target certain postal areas with demographics that help decide if it’s worth sending post cards to certain areas or not. Cons I doubt mail got sent as I had custom numbers and qr codes which got almost no scans or calls. They quoted me $2154 for 5000 flyers. I paid in full on order date and on day they were sent out which was 1 week late they charged me an additional $2212 and when I contacted them to get it resolved they said they did not make a mistake and refused to fix it Everything else. For real, their customer service is awful. You get stuck with one specialist and if they don’t know what they are doing it could be a costly(specifically money) on your part. Beware! Also, there is zero follow through on their part. Was told many things that either were never true or didn’t happen.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The staff is super easy to work with. We need a very custom integration for our clients who needed to mail daily. Now our system is on auto-pilot with the integration we created with PCM and it works flawlessly. Super happy customer. Cons I don't have any cons. If I could think of any, I would. But all is good!
