About Greenbar
Greenbar is a hosted uptime-monitoring service for freelancers and small web agencies that manage client websites. Users organize monitored URLs by client and check them over HTTP or HTTPS against expected response codes, with optional keyword checks to catch error pages that return a successful status. Email alerts are available on every plan; paid plans add Slack and signed-webhook alerts. Each client gets a public status page with current service states and incident history; monitor URLs remain private. Paid plans offer client logos and brand colors and allow the Greenbar footer to be hidden. Free includes one client page, five monitors and five-minute checks, with seven-day check history. Freelancer includes 10 client pages and 50 monitors; Agency includes 30 client pages, 150 monitors and up to three logins. Paid plans offer one-minute checks and 90-day check history. New accounts receive $100 in free credit, and no payment card is required to start.
