Cons: There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Grayscale platform. In fact, it functions seamlessly and delivers a reliable and efficient experience across all its features. We have found it to be highly effective in meeting our needs, and the overall performance has consistently exceeded our expectations.

Overall: The platform is incredibly easy to use and highly intuitive, making navigation a breeze for users of all levels. Its user-friendly interface ensures a smooth and efficient experience, while the wide variety of templates available has been a standout feature. These templates are not only well-designed but also customizable, which makes the entire process much more streamlined and efficient. Overall, we absolutely love the flexibility and convenience they provide!

Pros: I love that I can just text a possible candidate and they can get back to me at their convenience but this is still a professional setting.

Cons: I do miss new messages sometimes just because there aren't any push notifications and I forget to check the inbox.

Overall: This has helped me in my role tremendously for hiring employees because they can just text me when they get a moment.

Pros: It integrates well with all my other applications and makes communication during call list fast and seamless. I love how easy it is to operate and has great functionality.

Cons: You only get an alert if you've sent a text to the candidate previously.
You cant search by phone #s which would be helpful in different cases.

Overall: I've been using it for exactly 30 days and I'm in love. Great tool for recruitment. Text is the next wave of communication and this tool meets the need.

Pros: Convenience and Functionality. Makes work life a lot more streamlined. I would recommend this product to anyone in the talent agency field.

Cons: Can take a while to get used to UI. Otherwise functionality is great.

Pros: The pros of using GRAYSCALE include the ease of use, features, design, support, and pricing. I enjoy using this product.

Cons: The cons of using GRAYSCALE were not being able to initially unable to locate the feature where you receive an email when you are contacted. Upon direction of these features it became more user friendly.

Overall: Overall my experience with GRAYSCALE has been a positive one. I use it on a daily basis to keep in contact with potential Candidates.

Pros: I love being able to type my messages in Grayscale and using copy-and-paste features has made my job so much easier! It's so easy to set up bulk messages for daily reminders of interviews and using the delay scheduling feature for messages.

Cons: Not being able to type my email into a message without it being seen as a "link", so I've resorted to changing the 2nd part of my email address to inmar dot com to work around that.

The other thing I'd like to see added is being able to click on a message as an OK without actually having to type back a message (similar to the thumbs up feature for "OK" in regular text messaging apps)

Overall: Very user friendly and intuitive. I've used the setting up of templates, the delay scheduling, the bulk messaging and regular messaging and it's all very easy to use. How did I ever live without you, Grayscale?!

Pros: I really enjoy this texting platform, it makes my job as a high volume recruiter- way easier to get in touch with candidates. I also like how it is linked to our applicant tracking system. I love the nudge feature.

Cons: I wish there was an easier way to text individual candidates. You are able to review messages in your inbox but it appears visually disorganized.

Overall: Overall, Grayscale is a great product highly recommend. I've used a few other texting platforms and they have all been very manual.

Cons: I have been having an issue with it not recognizing my password, so I have to reset it often.

Overall: Candidates get back to me fairly quickly. It appears professional.

Pros: I like that you can send bulk messages to candidates quickly advertising the job. I also really like the chrome extension so that I can send out messages quickly and easily to candidates directly from my ATS page.

Cons: The only thing I don't like about Greyscale is that my phone number isn't unique to me, our onboarding team texts from the same number I text so sometimes it can confuse the candidate as to who's reaching out since the texts come from the same number.

Overall: Overall, this product has been very useful to contact my candidates and it is very user friendly. It's quick and efficient.

Pros: Easy to use the program being that I never use it before, updates quickly, easy to navigate the page.

Cons: Wish it merged with our system so we didn't have to type everyone in.

Cons: Sometimes I have trouble signing in. I have to keep creating passwords.

Pros: Everything!! There are some more things I wish I could do or maybe the product does do, but I have no idea.

Cons: I would rather get just my responses when me and another recruiter have reached out to the same candidate. I wish it worked with other products like Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilders, LinkedIN, and SeekOut.

Overall: For what I utilize it for it is great. The convenience and ease of use are my number one reasons for loving this product.

Pros: Everything although I'm sure I have not tried all features. It works with ease and it helps me get feedback quicker for my clients.

Cons: Not having access or knowing who is my contact person for assistance.

Overall: It works very well in helping me stay and get in contact with my clients when I sometimes find it hard trying to contact clients during work hours.

Pros: Easy way to quickly communicate with candidates along with giving visibility to my Team and local business.

Cons: I wish Grayscale had options to edit text and set up reminders.

Overall: Great experience overall. Easy to use responses are much quicker than using my cell phone also love the notifications via email and through the text for new messages.

Overall: This is a great platform to use for recruiting! Being able to create message templates, nudges, and the ability to input multiple candidates at once makes this part of my job a breeze.

Pros: Accessibility and ease of getting candidates hired. I love being able to see who gets hired and rejected and the reason why.

Cons: I don't have any issues with Greenhouse. With a couple of trainings, It works perfectly.

Overall: It's been great! No issues whatsoever. It only took a few trainings to understand. 10/10 would recommend.

Pros: Easy to use and effective for automations, bulk messages and scheduling messages. Reporting to show effectiveness.

Cons: Each action is set up for a specific stage on a specific job. This is more of a fault on our end with our ATS. Grayscale in nature needs specific tags or jobs to initiate outreach. If our ATS was more organized we could utilize Grayscale on a larger scale. However, for now, even with our current ATS, Grayscale is a huge help!

Overall: I enjoy the advantages of Grayscale very much and utilize it daily for sourcing and reaching out to employees. There are many ways to use Grayscale, the automations and scheduled to send messages are two of my personal favorites.

Pros: You can upload candidates from spreadsheets. The "nudges" are also a really great feature. I also enjoy how seamless it is with Workday.

Cons: Sometimes the extension does not load properly when using Workday but could just be a user issue.

Overall: Great experience. Has helped me stay organized and see all my prospect messages in one place. I use it on a daily basis and have noticed a difference in my production.
