About GolfCore
ClubOffice is GolfCore’s golf-club operations platform for coordinating tee times, bookings and caddie services. Staff can manage tee sheets and booking requests, create groups, assign caddies to scheduled rounds, collect SMS confirmations and track arrivals. A shared roster keeps members, guests, staff and caddies in one place. ClubOffice also supports tournament administration with live leaderboards and on-course food ordering. Anser, the club’s AI copilot, can book tee times, assign caddies, send texts and answer questions about club records. Golfers use the GolfCore app for GPS and live scorecards; Premium adds AI caddie advice, modeled wind and green contours on mapped courses.
