WorkHands is a digital apprenticeship tracking platform designed to help organizations run, monitor, and optimize apprenticeship programs through a centralized, cloud-based system. It enables administrators to track on-the-job training hours, competencies, and related instruction in one place, giving programs consistent visibility into apprentice progress and performance. Apprentices submit their progress through guided prompts while the system automatically reminds them to log hours or skill updates on schedule, reducing manual follow-up. Supervisors can quickly review and approve submissions, keeping all stakeholders aligned and ensuring program momentum. WorkHands also provides standardized, easily auditable reports that help programs stay compliant and prepared for regulatory reviews.
