My Whistleblowing
My Whistleblowing is an external reporting channel where, individuals' data will be protected under the new laws. Even in the case of an anonymous report, it is possible to dialogue with the whistleblower for any possible close examinations or to request further information. My Whistleblowing provides, to companies and to their employees, a digital whistleblowing channel. This allows - in perfect compliance with the new provisions transposed from D.lgs. 231/2001 as well as the European Parliament’s new guidelines - to guarantee whistleblower’s and whistleblowing’s data completely confidential. My Whistleblowing allows the whistleblower to access to an external platform (not accessible from internal systems in case of inspections) where, through a step-guided path, will be able to submit the report. The receiving body, previously identified by the company (single or collegiate), will be able to view and manage the reports.

In many leak cases, the metadata of a journalist’s communications—where you’re located, who you’re talking to, when you’re talking to them, and how often—can lead to trouble just as much as the actual content of your conversations.
