Pros: Customers are happier than ever! We are able to process orders and route them to customers faster than we were before.
Cons: Drivers say the app sometimes glitches. Other than that, not much.
Overall: Great for mid-size delivery businesses. My company has around 25 drivers, and GetSwift is perfect for our team.
