    "Horrible experience "

    Pros: There are no pros or I haven’t seen any as yet. Host will try to help but you miss meeting trying to get their system to work.

    Cons: Meetings never run smoothly. Always have glitch in system. They say it’s the client that is at fault but many of us use zoom and such daily with no problems. In the 4 years we have used them always the same mess. Audio problems, individuals bounced out of meetings. Missed or lost votes. Had to switch to other devices.

    Overall: Waste of money and time. Not productive. Limited and hard to have discussions. Not user friendly. Multiple devices required.
