    "Love this new integration!"

    Pros: We recently started using this as a CRM tool that directly integrates with a few of our recruiting tools. Our company was able to get trainers directly from Gem to provide an overview and instructions on how to successfully use it. If someone has already contacted a candidate or has them in their pipeline, Gem accounts for all the communication between our team and a candidate so nothing goes unnoticed!

    Cons: Some of the navigation of Gem is a little messy but could be more due to being unfamiliar with how to best utilize it. I don't think anyone will have issues with this candidate management tool after the right training and time to become familiar with it.

    Overall: Overall it's one of the coolest tools that I've been introduced to in the Recruiting field! I think that more companies looking to easily navigate applicants in their pipeline could greatly benefit from using Gem.
