Pros: We use FxCore CRM every day to manage leads, customer information, and follow-up tasks. The interface is easy to understand, and the automation features help reduce manual work. The reporting tools and customer support have been helpful for our team.
Cons: The software works well overall. I would like to see more report customization options and additional integrations with third-party tools. These improvements would make the platform even more flexible.

Pros: MT5 integration was quick to set up. IB/partner tracking has cut down a lot of manual work — commissions and partner activity are all in one place instead of spreadsheets. KYC automation noticeably speeds up client onboarding, and the dashboard gives a clean overview of trading activity and client data. Support has been responsive whenever we needed help with setup or customization.
Cons: There's a small learning curve when first setting up all the modules and getting familiar with the dashboard. More detailed documentation or guided walkthroughs for advanced features would help new users ramp up faster.
Overall: FxCore CRM has been a solid choice for managing our brokerage's day-to-day operations. Between the MT5 integration, IB management, and KYC automation, it's brought a lot of our previously manual processes into one platform. A few rough edges early on, but nothing that outweighed the overall value it's added to how we run things.
